As a Design Lead at Firebrand, you will be at the forefront of creative execution, bridging the gap between junior designers, clients, and the creative head. You will play a key role in conceptualisation, strategy, and execution, ensuring all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of design and brand storytelling. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage a team while maintaining design excellence. Lead and oversee the creative direction and execution for branding, packaging, communication, and digital platforms.<br/>Act as a bridge between junior designers, the creative head, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.<br/>Manage and mentor the design team, providing guidance on design strategy, execution, and innovation.<br/>Collaborate with the management team to conceptualise and refine brand identities and creative campaigns.<br/>Ensure all creative deliverables maintain brand consistency, originality, and high design standards.<br/>Conduct design research and strategy development to enhance brand positioning and storytelling.<br/>Oversee timelines, quality control, and ensure client expectations are met through strong project coordination.<br/>Step in for hands-on design execution when required.<br/>
