Skill: Lead a team of Expert Sales Executives to deliver the regional plan.,Coach and develop representatives to ensure best-in-class HCP engagement and in-clinic effectiveness.,Segment and target HCPs appropriately to engage the most relevant experts for the company's products.,Foster high engagement, energy, and motivation within the team to ensure low levels of attrition.,Analyze area statistics from multiple sources to develop performance improvement solutions,Execute quarterly and annual expert activation plans and budgets for the area.,Ensure compliance with company values and policies.,Build and develop contacts with relevant key opinion leaders and HCPs, managing relationships with senior national and state-level KOLs.
