Design high-quality web graphic assets, including banners, icons, infographics, and social media graphics.<br/><br/> Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (such as finance, products, operations, social media, human resources) to understand project goals and deliver effective visual solutions.<br/><br/> Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to established guidelines.<br/><br/> Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.<br/><br/> Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our visuals fresh and engaging.</span></span> <span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">As one of the first hires to the new digital team, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our brand identity and ensuring that identity is consistently reflected across digital platforms, like our website or social media pages.You will work closely across the organization to create compelling graphics that resonate with our audience. Your day to day would involve<br/>developing original visuals that align with our brand identity and project requirements<br/>working on visuals to grow various social media accounts (our LinkedIn company page has more than 21K followers and we aim to get all our other socials there)<br/>helping other teams across the organization to adhere to our brand guidelines with respect to internal / external presentations, press releases, etc<br/>collaborating with engineering and development teams for various in-progress projects.</span></span>
