Lead the onboarding process for new customers, utilizing psychological insights to ensure a smooth and personalized transition.<br/>Provide support to the Customer Success team by addressing customer inquiries through email, phone, and chat, applying psychological principles to foster empathy and effective communication.<br/>Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system, ensuring the information is accurate and provides valuable behavioral insights for customer success strategies.<br/>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs, using psychological expertise to identify root causes of issues and recommend solutions.<br/>Assist in creating and optimizing customer success resources such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs, focusing on improving user experience and engagement.<br/>Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities for deeper customer engagement.<br/>Conduct in-depth research on customer accounts, using psychological principles to prepare for and improve the quality of meetings and calls.<br/>Develop and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall experience, informed by psychological analysis of customer behavior.
