<ul><li>GTM Strategy Design &amp; Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company&#39;s goals and target audience, Solution &amp; Design Coordination: Collaborate with the solutions/technical team to design and present solutions that meet customers&#39; specific needs</li><li>Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline, tracking all sales process stages from lead generation to deal closure</li><li>Market and Product Research for Growth: Research industry trends, competitors, and market needs to find new opportunities. Analyze business data and client needs to create cost-effective strategies. Assess products, customer pain points, and market demand to define unique value and messaging, aligning strategies for growth.</li><li>Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions</li><li>Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Legal and People team to ensure adherence to established business processes</li><li>Event Participation, Workshops &amp; Networking: Organising virtual events, workshops, and representing Tekdi at regional/national events in the region with prospect/industry</li><li>Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Leadership Team and Business Unit Heads</li></ul> <ul><li>Strong/ high level Tech understanding - Good to have, Business Growth: Generating Business Opportunities through digital avenues (Email Marketing, Digital Campaigns and other strategic marketing activities targeted towards ICP)</li><li>Account Based Marketing: Identify growth opportunities and build relationships with key decision makers of high-value accounts to increase revenue, retain top accounts, and improve pipeline quality</li><li>Pre-sales Consulting: Assisting in Pre-sales Consulting, conducting product demonstrations and marketing collaterals to showcase the value of the company&rsquo;s offerings</li><li>Bid Management &amp; Proposal Development: Identify Bid Opportunities and own End-to-End process to create winning responses &amp; documentations for RFPs/RFIs/ RFQs) by collaborating with internal stakeholders</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between Client/Prospect and team members (including Leadership Team, Business Unit Head and Technical team) for addressing requirements with utmost priority to success of client and organisation goals</li></ul>
