<span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Execute manual test cases and test scripts for various application features and functionality.<br/>Manage and track defects using JIRA and ensure they are followed through to closure.<br/>Work with the development team to replicate and diagnose bugs and ensure fixes are applied effectively.<br/>Use Zephyr to plan and manage test executions, ensuring full traceability between test cases and requirements.<br/>Perform various types of manual testing, including:<br/>Functional Testing<br/>Regression Testing<br/>Smoke Testing<br/>Exploratory Testing<br/>Compatibility and Cross-browser Testing<br/>Conduct native mobile application testing (iOS and Android) to ensure functionality, usability, and performance across devices.<br/>Utilize cloud-based cross-browser testing platforms like LambdaTest to ensure compatibility across multiple browsers and operating systems.<br/>Collaborate with QA Analyst, product owners and QA Leads to review bugs and understand workflows, scenarios and acceptance criteria.<br/>Provide detailed reports on the status of tests, including coverage, bugs, and overall system quality.<br/>Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.</span> <span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, experience using JIRA and Zephyr, and the ability to manage test cases, execute test plans, and ensure software quality. Knowledge of native mobile application testing and familiarity with cloud-based cross-browser testing tools like LambdaTest is a plus. Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across teams. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, identifying bugs, and ensuring a seamless user experience through meticulous testing.</span>
