reating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms<br/>Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe photoshop and Adobe illustrator, to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects<br/>Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content<br/>Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations<br/>Contributing to the creative process by bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions to the table, contributing to the overall success of the video team<br/>Lead and mentor a team of video editors &amp; Motion Designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the production process.<br/>Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.<br/>Oversee the editing process, including assembling raw footage, adding transitions, effects, Motion Graphics and ensuring seamless integration of all elements.<br/>Handle camera operation during shoots, ensuring proper framing, exposure, and focus to capture high-quality footage.<br/>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing &amp; motion Design and technology.<br/>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges during the editing process. The Video Editor &amp; Motion Designer Lead is a seasoned professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience, responsible for overseeing all aspects of video editing and motion graphics projects, from conceptualization to real delivery. Leading a team of video editors and motion designers, the incumbent provides guidance, feedback, and support to ensure projects are completed on time, with the highest quality standards.

Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Pro ciency in video editing & Motion Design software such as Adobe creative suite. Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, and visual storytelling principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey creative ideas and feedback. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and design. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of 3d Software like blender is a plus. Familiarity with audio editing and color correction is preferred.
