<ul><li>&nbsp;Participating in the monthly consolidation of Rio Tinto&rsquo;s Product Groups.</li><li>&nbsp;Train and guide team to deliver qualitative and timely results.</li><li>&nbsp;Prepare and conduct training programs for Internal teams.</li><li>&nbsp;Analyzing consolidated financial statements to ensure output is compliant to the requirements of all stakeholders.</li><li>&nbsp;Preparing financial reports for senior management.</li><li>&nbsp;Providing HFM guidance and other accounting advice to our controllership and finance service team to improve performance.</li><li>&nbsp;Ensure periodic Risk and Control Matrix (RACM) compliance as applicable, support and liaise with Internal/External Auditors during SOX and Substantive audits, so as to ensure a fully compliant environment.</li><li>&nbsp;Continuously improving our processes with an innovative mindset by leveraging data analytics and digital solution.</li><li>&nbsp;Collaborating with various teams across the global organization.</li></ul>
