<span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Fund Accounting &amp; Reporting<br/>&gt; Prepare and maintain accurate fund financial records, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.<br/><br/>&gt; Calculate NAV (Net Asset Value) for invested corpus quarterly<br/><br/>&gt; Process and record investment transactions, capital calls, distributions, and fee calculations<br/><br/>Reconciliation &amp; Compliance<br/>&gt; Perform cash and position reconciliations with the finance team<br/><br/>&gt; Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.<br/><br/>&gt; Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory filings and reports (e.g., Form PF, FATCA, CRS)<br/><br/>Audit Support<br/>&gt; Coordinate with external auditors to complete fund audits.<br/><br/>&gt; Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for annual audits.<br/><br/>Stakeholder Communication<br/>&gt; Liaise with the investment, finance, and legal team to ensure smooth fund operations.<br/><br/>&gt; Provide the investment team with regular performance updates and respond to ad-hoc inquiries.<br/><br/>Process Improvement<br/>&gt; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency<br/><br/>&gt; Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.</span>
