Prepare detailed compliance reports and provide insights for process improvement.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Associate Staff Management: Staffing agency identification, onboarding in the system, Associates compliances adherance &amp; governance</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Regulatory and Legal Guidance: Act as the key advisor on labor-related matters, providing guidance on the interpretation and application of labor laws and telecom-specific regulations. Ensure compliance with national labor laws, and any applicable local ordinances.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Work closely with Regional HR team to ensure PAN india statutory compliance</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Training &amp; Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to employees, managers, and supervisors to ensure understanding and adherence to labor laws and safety standards specific to telecom industry practices.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Regulatory Reporting and Documentation: Ensure all necessary labor compliance reports/ returns, certifications, and documentation are accurately completed and submitted to government agencies or regulatory bodies within specified timelines.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Dispute Resolution &amp; Employee Welfare: Handle labor disputes, grievances, and complaints in compliance with relevant laws, ensuring resolutions are timely and in line with company policy.
