This includes preparing, reviewing, and filing federal, state, and local tax regulations, business licenses and any other requirements.Coordinate &amp; manage outsourced tax preparation work.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Prepare &amp; review tax schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain company&rsquo;s tax database that matches information provided to third party tax experts and reconcile differences.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Accurately prepare, review &amp; file quarterly and annual tax reports, including estimates.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Monitor Company&rsquo;s nexus exposures.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Working with the controller on asset depreciation schedules and policies.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Keep up to date with tax changes and industry trends.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Ensure completeness of documentation regarding entity formation, dissolution, and ownership.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Maintain accurate and updated Org Charts, including maintenance of Capitalization tables for ownership in portfolio companies.</span></li></ul> <span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Tax &amp; Compliance Accountant to support its US &amp; global investments. This individual will be a vital member of the accounting team, reporting to the Controller. The Tax Manager will also be a liaison to internal resources (legal, portfolio company management) and external tax advisors with respect to tax and compliance matters.</span></span>
