<ul><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Serve as the primary point of contact for Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue related user inquiries. Provide expert guidance to internal teams on configuration, customization, and best practices.Support the implementation of new features and assist in maintaining compliance with ASC 606 and other relevant accounting standards. Ensure configurations are aligned with revenue recognition and reporting requirements.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Build custom scripts and SQL queries to support project needs relating to migrations, new feature implementations, data backfill and analysis.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Provide first-tier user support for all Zuora-related issues. Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when necessary, and document resolutions in JIRA. Ensure end users receive timely assistance and the appropriate technical guidance.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Lead or assist with system enhancement projects through the full SDLC, collaborating with both technical and business teams. Where applicable, manage external consultants to ensure complex enhancements are delivered successfully.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Oversee and support the integration of Zuora with other financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) to ensure smooth data flow, accuracy, and timeliness. Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Manage change control processes for responsible systems, ensuring compliance with SOX and ITGCs. Document changes, approvals, and appropriate signoff in JIRA.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Stay informed on Zuora&rsquo;s system releases and enhancements. Test new features, conduct regression testing, and ensure that system changes do not disrupt business processes. Manage and communicate the impact of releases to the broader team.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Maintain detailed documentation of all Zuora system customizations, configurations, processes, and procedures. Create training materials to help educate end-users on system functionality and best practices.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Proactively identify opportunities for system and process improvements. Suggest and implement automation or integration solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual work, and enhance the revenue recognition processes.</span></span></li><li><span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Customize Zuora reports, saved searches, and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the business.</span></span></li></ul> <span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Eliminate spreadsheet-dependent, error-prone manual processes by automating intercompany allocations, cross charges, management fee invoicing, and the related journal entries.<br/><br/>Ingest data from multiple ERPs into a global sub ledger. Give your teams in-the-weeds visibility across purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.<br/><br/>Reduce risk and maximize your operational agility with touchless billing routes that standardize how transactions are billed across trading partners.<br/><br/>Increase accuracy using AI-powered predictive guidance on transaction bookings&mdash;before they hit the general ledger.</span></span>
