<ul><li>Social Media Responses: Respond over clients’ official social-media handles to customer queries and complaints in a time-efficient manner. </li><li> </li><li>Mentions Tagging: Tag the collated mentions for insightful and easy analytics in a time-efficient manner.</li><li> </li><li>Tool Management: Keep an eye on the collated data, making tweaks to tool settings for best delivery with evolving circumstances (new campaign launches, crisis events, and so on). </li><li> </li><li>Reports Generation: Glean insights using the data (mentions and/or responses) collated and tagged and share the same with clients via periodic reports. </li><li> </li><li>Crisis Management: Help the team in handling crises that may see mentions spike and necessitate nuanced responses. </li><li> </li><li>Process Improvement: Ideate upon and share views on how the whole process can be made faster and better. </li></ul>
Skill: Experience of working with digital platforms and/or in the digital space Experience in a client-facing role Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Good verbal and written communication skills
excellent analytical skills; strong communication as you’ll need to explain the complex technical issues to people who might not have the data science background; influencing the others in a rational way; creative thinking and solution-oriented; familiar with SPSS, Python or R, analytical innovation and automation; computer coding skill is a plus but definitely not a must-have.
