Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition:<br/><br/>Work closely with hiring managers to understand job roles and hiring needs.<br/><br/>Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and social media.<br/><br/>Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.<br/><br/>Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation and induction.<br/><br/><br/><br/>2. Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:<br/><br/>Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.<br/><br/>Promote a positive work culture and manage employee engagement programs.<br/><br/>Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and suggest improvements.<br/><br/>Handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.<br/><br/><br/><br/>3. HR Operations &amp; Administration:<br/><br/>Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems.<br/><br/>Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the Finance team.<br/><br/>Ensure proper exit formalities, including full &amp; final settlements and exit interviews.<br/><br/><br/><br/>4. Performance Management &amp; Appraisals:<br/><br/>Support the implementation of performance evaluation processes.<br/><br/>Assist in goal setting and career development discussions.<br/><br/>Track employee performance and provide necessary HR interventions.<br/><br/><br/><br/>5. Compliance &amp; Policy Implementation:<br/><br/>Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry best practices.<br/><br/>Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).<br/><br/>Regularly update HR policies and communicate changes effectively.<br/><br/><br/><br/>6. Training &amp; Development:<br/><br/>Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.<br/><br/>Work with department heads to plan employee development programs.<br/><br/>Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness.<br/><br/><br/><br/>7. HR Analytics &amp; Reporting:<br/><br/>Generate reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and recruitment efficiency.<br/><br/>Provide insights to management on workforce planning and HR strategies.</span>
