Performance Management & Appraisals:<br/><br/>Support the implementation of performance evaluation processes.<br/><br/>Assist in goal setting and career development discussions.<br/><br/>Track employee performance and provide necessary HR interventions.<br/><br/><br/><br/>5. Compliance & Policy Implementation:<br/><br/>Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry best practices.<br/><br/>Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).<br/><br/>Regularly update HR policies and communicate changes effectively.<br/><br/><br/><br/>6. Training & Development:<br/><br/>Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.<br/><br/>Work with department heads to plan employee development programs.<br/><br/>Maintain training records and assess training effectiveness.<br/><br/><br/><br/>7. HR Analytics & Reporting:<br/><br/>Generate reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and recruitment efficiency.<br/><br/>Provide insights to management on workforce planning and HR strategies.</span>
