Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis using tools such as the Butterfly model and Johari window to assess default risks and identify recovery opportunities.<br/><br/>2. Develop and implement allocation strategies based on the analysis to optimize recovery efforts and minimize losses.<br/><br/>3. Evaluate the propensity to default of debtors and recommend appropriate recovery actions.<br/><br/>4. Stay abreast of digital payment trends and integrate efficient strategies into the collections process.<br/><br/>5. Allocation rules to be added.<br/><br/>6.To handle new projects (this would be under COO guidance)</span></span> <span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Our clients comprise mainly of women living in rural and semi-urban areas.
