Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.<br/>Strong knowledge of design principles, typography and color theory.<br/>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other design tools.<br/>Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS basics) is a plus.<br/>A solid portfolio showcasing your design work, even if it&#39;s academic or personal projects.<br/>Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.<br/>A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.<br/>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Assist in the creation of visual concepts, graphics and layouts for digital and print media (websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, etc.).<br/>Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams to develop creative designs that meet the company&rsquo;s objectives.<br/>Work on various design projects, including logo design, web design, social media assets, email newsletters and print materials.<br/>Help with photo editing and retouching, as well as creating design elements for presentations and reports.<br/>Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide design feedback and suggestions.<br/>Ensure all designs align with the company&rsquo;s brand guidelines and style.<br/>Assist in preparing final design files for production or digital deployment.<br/>Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software.<br/>
