<ul><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Assist with the preparation of consolidated income tax provision and related work papers, including Valuation Allowance, FIN48 as well as tax related disclosures for financial reporting.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Coordinate collection and review of quarterly and annual foreign tax packages.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Assist in the preparation of the Company&rsquo;s APB23 calculations.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Assist with the quarterly and annual setup of the tax packages in OneSource Tax provision tool (OTP) and the overall maintenance of our online tracking system.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and technology solutions in the company&rsquo;s provision operations.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and support the creation of strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Maintain effective internal control procedures over all aspects of the tax process to ensure compliance with SOX guidelines.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Responsible for managing the legal entity organizational chart including the gathering of information from regional team and updating the org. chart.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Participate in other projects as necessary in support of M&amp;A activities.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Engage with and develop relationships with both internal and external tax resources.</span></li><li><span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Responsible for managing a team of 1+ support staff.</span></li></ul> <span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Are you passionate about service excellence?
