<span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;"> Assesses training and development needs through focus groups, and communication<br/><br/>with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.<br/><br/> Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of learning, onboarding,<br/><br/>orientation, skills training, behavioural learnings for employees.<br/><br/> Develops unique training programs to fulfil business specific needs to maintain or<br/><br/>improve job skills.<br/><br/> Scout for suitable trainers of Vendors as required.<br/><br/> Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.<br/><br/> Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including<br/><br/>group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.<br/><br/> Designing learning solutions to ensure employees get the best out of their development.<br/><br/> Use digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning program.<br/><br/> Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests<br/><br/>and assessments, and retraining requirements.<br/><br/> Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.<br/><br/> Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.<br/><br/> Prepares/ tracks and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of<br/><br/>expenses.<br/><br/> Guide junior team members with BAU<br/><br/> Performs other related duties as required.</span> <span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">A Learning and Development Lead would contribute towards designing &amp; implementing<br/><br/>learning strategies, designs and deliver courses and evaluate effectiveness. Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure<br/><br/>they align with operating processes, procedures, and systems.</span>
