<span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial;">Review the executed financial analysis and valuation modeling requests, ensuring adherence to quality and timeliness standards.Prepare and analyze tenant lease abstracts, extracting pertinent details for creating the ARGUS cash flow model.<br/>Prepare Argus Enterprise models using the tenant lease documents, rent roll, budget, financials, recovery schedule, and client-provided assumptions, identifying any relevant due diligence needs to complete a thorough analysis.<br/>Audit existing financial models for accuracy and validity of assumptions and collaborate with the onshore team to finalize these assumptions.<br/>Perform and review market research to analyze property and market conditions, and present findings clearly and concisely.<br/>Communicate with the Americas V&amp;A business line to clarify the request scope and review analysis findings.<br/>Identify and address any missing or unclear information to ensure precise analysis.<br/>Present findings clearly and effectively, address questions and make prompt and accurate revisions as needed.<br/>Lead onshore communications and engagement calls.<br/>Assist and mentor Analysts to support their professional growth.</span></span> <span style="color:#000000;"><span data-sheets-root="1" style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: -apple-system, Arial;">The Senior Analyst is an experienced analyst position within the Financial Analysis Hub supporting Cushman &amp; Wakefield&rsquo;s Valuation &amp; Advisory (&ldquo;V&amp;A&rdquo;) business line. The role primarily involves creating Argus Enterprise (&ldquo;Argus&rdquo;) cash flow models, conducting rent roll audits, gathering due diligence, and delivering high quality deliverables on V&amp;A opportunities.</span></span>
