Organic Raking &ndash; Drive digital metrics such as traffic, engagement rate, average time spent, form fills (leads) by conducting research, planning and executing all SEO / SEM activities for organic growth<br/>&nbsp;Email Marketing &ndash; Manage a database, find out the right tools and run regular email campaigns including newsletters, cold email campaigns and drip campaigns<br/>&nbsp;Analytics &amp; Reporting &ndash; Own and manage all reports related to website metrics, budgets, leads<br/>&nbsp;Web Performance &ndash; Constantly check website optimization, speed, bugs and technical errors. Work closely with development teams to fix the same<br/>&nbsp;Web Hygiene &ndash; Ensure that all digital properties, social media pages, have consistency in communication. Keep updating resources and collaterals with the most recent updates<br/>&nbsp;Evaluate Technologies &ndash; Keep an eye out on the latest technologies and tools available by constant research, demos, trials to experiment and ensure that the MarTech Stack is as per industry benchmarks<br/>&nbsp;Budget &ndash; Work closely with the marketing &amp; business heads to identify budgets to plan out all activities such as tool cost, backlinks. This&rsquo;ll also include negotiations with potential influencers, media houses, vendors<br/>&nbsp;Integrated Campaign Management &ndash; Liaison with content marketers, marketing operations, designs and sales leaders to run 360 marketing campaigns including email, social, ABM to maximise ROI and better lead nurturing<br/>&nbsp;Growth Hacking &ndash; Be creative to suggest ideas and run experiments for multi-fold growth in the digital arena<br/> You&rsquo;ll be the primary custodian of all digital marketing operations globally. You&rsquo;ll liaise closely with the content marketing &amp; design team, including Sales &amp; alliances, while being a part of the marketing team to manage day to day digital marketing operations. This role will contribute significantly towards our lead &amp; demand generation initiatives.
