Develop extensive product knowledge through using the software and comprehending existing documentation<br/>Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including How-to Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides, In-platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.)<br/>Support the Simpplr Training and Content Manager in developing new training material for theLMS and delivery of micro-learning and video modules<br/>Prioritize content needs with Simpplr Customer Success and Product teams<br/>Manage content library and version control<br/>Develop scripts and work with the Training and Content manager to integrate those scripts into modules<br/>Work across the Customer Success team to compile best practice data, learnings that have not been documented and draft content deliverables for review and approval<br/>Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability<br/> As a Content Writer, you love helping to create meaning and understanding through your writing.<br/>You have a passion for communication and thrive in the digital age. You are interested in improving the customer experience of implementing and using the Simpplr application through engaging and focused documentation.&nbsp;<br/>You will support Simpplr customers with accessible content that simplifies the implementation and user experience process and provides customers with the ability to self-serve.<br/>You&rsquo;re curious, driven and excited.
