Skill: "3+ years of hands-on experience in Bl tools such as Power Bl or equivalent. Knowledge of ERP solutions/platform such as Oracle Peoplesoft, Oracle J.D. Edwards, Epicor iScala is advantageous. Solid experience in developing visualization reports and dashboards using Bl tools with the ability to interpret data from a business perspective and drive analytics solutions. Ability to initiate and drive projects when needed, analyze large data sets for actionable insights, and communicate plans and findings effectively to internal stakeholders. Commercially astute and able to communicate effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences. Strong focus on the ""big picture"" of the business and our greater team goals. Ability to effectively communicate and explain complex system and accounting issues to non-technical users. Ability to work well both independently and with others under pressure / tight deadlines. Proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others. Team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on constant improvement. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet. Proven experience in learning new data tools quickly and executing these tools. "
