<span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Cash Application &amp; Payment Processing:<br/><br/>Process and apply incoming payments (via wire transfers, ACH, checks, credit cards, etc.) to customer accounts.<br/>Ensure accurate and timely allocation of payments to invoices in the accounting system.<br/>Investigate and resolve unallocated or misapplied payments promptly.<br/><br/><br/>Reconciliation &amp; Reporting:<br/><br/>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash receipts to the general ledger.<br/>Identify discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve them.<br/>Prepare reports and provide analysis on cash application performance metrics.<br/><br/><br/>Customer and Internal Collaboration:<br/><br/>Liaise with customers to obtain remittance details when necessary.<br/>Collaborate with the accounts receivable, billing, and collections teams to resolve payment issues.<br/>Work towards achieving defined SLAs and timelines for cash applications, reconciliations, and issue resolutions.<br/>Provide support for internal and external audits as needed.<br/>Collaborating with cross-regional teams to meet timelines.<br/><br/><br/>Process Improvement:<br/><br/>Identify inefficiencies in the cash application process and recommend improvements.<br/>Assist in the process enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.<br/><br/><br/>Compliance:<br/><br/>Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.<br/>Maintain accurate records of all transactions and supporting documentation.</span><br/>&nbsp; <span data-sheets-root="1" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">Join our dynamic team as a Cash Application Specialist, where you&rsquo;ll take charge of processing, reconciling, and allocating incoming payments with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
