"Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and IntegrationHub. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow's Service Mapping, Discovery, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Expertise in ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management, Service Catalog, and Configuration Management. Proficient in the administration and configuration of ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SecOps), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Virtual Agent (VR). Solid understanding of ServiceNow's Event Management, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance), and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (mandatory). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (preferred)."
