/\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Obtaining rotation number, Vessel scheduling system updated timely\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Submission of Export Advance List (EAL), Special cargo list to Feeder operator, terminal operators and Partners as per respective format\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Every day send in Yard inventory of terminal to concern desk and Submission of Import General Manifest (IGM) as received and file on ICE Gate and distribute customs IGM ICE gate acknowledge to principle and partners\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Approach to vessel planner for last port Import arrival EDI on principle vessel and approach to partner on their vessel \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Submission of Import Advance List (IAL), Special cargo list to Feeder operators, terminal operators, and Partners as per respective format\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Cross verify system planning list with Export in yard / Shipping bill received / AMS / ENS data as received from principal\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Prepare Export/Plan list, CBF\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Cross check Import EDI data with principal system \u0026 prepare special container data i e,\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e OOG, HAZ , Reefer, Break Bulk, Cold Treatment, Helium containers etc,\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Upon sailing arrange to send Onboard list / details of SOC containers, Accounts statements for each vessel for recovery purpose without any error\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Daily follow up with the terminals for pendency of Export containers \u0026 submit report to the principal\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Follow up T/P containers shifting from one terminal to connect on first available vessel also follow up on T/P custom approval prior loading of containers on respective vessel\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Submission of Export General Manifest (EGM) as received and file on ICE Gate and distribute customs EGM ICE gate acknowledge to principle and partners\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Job Order send to respective CFS for movement of containers once discharged at terminal\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Follow-up on scanning list of ICD Import / TP containers and Empty containers\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Follow up on T/P containers movement \u0026 plan on respective vessels\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Daily follow up with the terminals for pendency of Import containers \u0026 submit report to the principal\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Generate PIN numbers from Terminal websites for Empty containers movement\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Daily follow up with transporters / Rail Operators for container movement \u0026 update to the principal\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Resolve Import discrepancy well in time before vessel arrival\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Submit Re-Export data to Customs weekly / fortnightly and maintain sufficient balance\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Email correspondence with planners and principals to resolve queries on time\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Ensure strict compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures in accordance with ISS Quality Management System and ISS Health and Safety Environment \u0026 HSSE Policies and procedures to deliver highest quality services\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Update and maintain check list for all vessels handled and maintain the record\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e As per the Audit requirement files records kept ready for audits (share point)\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Who you are:\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Preferably, with at least 2-3 years of experience in Port operations, Experience of handling container line/ service\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Proactive, hardworking, responsible team player with a can-do attitude, willing to work flexible hours and handle flexible workload\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Proven ability to manage seamless documentation /operation \u0026 reporting transparency\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Experience in timely data reporting through agreed timelines\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Competent user of full Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, and Outlook\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e Experience of office management and interfacing with external service
