More specifically, Solution Architect will be responsible for the\u003cbr /\u003e following job duties:\u003cbr /\u003e• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.\u003cbr /\u003e• Perform FIT/GAP analysis on Business requirements\u003cbr /\u003e• Document gathered software requirements/user stories and reviewed the list\u003cbr /\u003eof requirements/user stories with customers for sign-off.\u003cbr /\u003e• Design and document sound functional and technical solutions, including\u003cbr /\u003e process flows, technical customizations, and integrations, based on customer\u003cbr /\u003e requirements. Work with the customer to get sign-off.\u003cbr /\u003e• Perform customer demos throughout the project lifecycle.\u003cbr /\u003e• Configure and test Zuora Billing and Add-On products to meet the approved\u003cbr /\u003edesigns.\u003cbr /\u003e• Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with the development\u003cbr /\u003eteam and customer.\u003cbr /\u003e• Create and develop training materials and conduct/deliver end-user training to\u003cbr /\u003ecustomers.\u003cbr /\u003e• Support the customer with regular calls to answer functional and technical\u003cbr /\u003equestions.\u003cbr /\u003eYour experience\u003cbr /\u003e• 5 years Order to Cash experience, within a professional services organization,\u003cbr /\u003ewith, ideally, at least 3 years delivering billing solutions.\u003cbr /\u003e• 5 years of customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting\u003cbr /\u003eexperience.\u003cbr /\u003e• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Business or Computer Science is\u003cbr /\u003epreferred.\u003cbr /\u003e• Demonstrated abilities to lead business discussions with customers and\u003cbr /\u003earchitect the value of a solution and the best practices to implement it.\u003cbr /\u003e• Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business\u003cbr /\u003e analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and\u003cbr /\u003e implementation is an advantage.\u003cbr /\u003e• Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports.\u003cbr /\u003e• Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the\u003cbr /\u003e business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver\u003cbr /\u003e exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment.\u003cbr /\u003e• Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.\u003cbr /\u003eNice to haves\u003cbr /\u003e• Experience focused on financial systems and order to cash processes.\u003cbr /\u003e \u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003e Qualifications such as CPA, bookkeeping, USCPA, etc.\u003cbr /\u003e• Enterprise software implementation experience Business level English\u003cbr /\u003e(reading and writing)\u003c/li\u003e\u003c/ul\u003e","MetaKeywords":null}]
