<p><strong>URGENT HIRING FOR - </strong>Receptionist </p><p> </p><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Receptionist Real Estate</p><p><strong>Office Location: </strong>Gurgaon</p><p><strong>Reports T</strong>o: Office Manager / Administrative Supervisor</p><p><strong>Position Overview: </strong></p><p>We are looking for a professional, personable, and organised Receptionist to join our real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors, the receptionist will play a key role in providing a welcoming atmosphere, supporting the administrative team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p><ul><li> Customer Service & Client Interaction:</li></ul><p> Greet visitors, clients, and potential buyers in a friendly and professional manner.</p><p> Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate team members, and provide information about properties or services as needed.</p><p> Manage client appointments, schedule property viewings, and coordinate with sales agents or property managers.</p><p> Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the correct meeting room or office area.</p><p><strong>Office Management: </strong></p><ul><li> Ensure that the front desk and lobby area are tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.</li><li> Maintain and update client databases, schedule follow-ups, and track communication logs.</li><li> Process and track office correspondence and paperwork, including contracts, forms, and other documentation.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience: </strong></p><ul><li> Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, ideally in a real estate or customer service environment.</li><li> Knowledge of the real estate industry and property terminology is an asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills: </strong></p><ul><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li> Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li> Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).</li><li> Experience with real estate software, CRMs, or listing platforms (e.g., MLS) is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification: </strong></p><ul><li> High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certifications in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Interested candidates can apply along with their CV on the mention email ID or contact directly.</strong></p><p><strong>Email </strong>- musarrat.jahan@white-force.in</p><p><strong>Contact </strong>- 9329931739</p><br />
