Responsible for the management of end-to-end business reporting for metrics relevant to strategic projects and P&amp;L.<br/>Analyze operational &amp; product data funnels. Come up with insights to bring about improvement in success rates &amp; processes.<br/>Drive collaboration across cross-pod stakeholders from product, engineering, legal, growth, compliance &amp; business finance to bring new products and features to market<br/>Develop in-depth domain knowledge of payments technical systems, API integrations and ecosystem-wide developments. Able to address queries, data requirements and escalations from different stakeholders.<br/>Interface financial institutions like NPCI and regulatory bodies for last mile compliance and product implementation.<br/>Liaison with PSP partner banks to drive bilateral business partnership alignments and their implementation charters.<br/>Perform in-depth competitive analysis &amp; market research (primary &amp; secondary) to put together market views on new payment products.<br/>Track key metrics and funnels to identify areas of improvement in products<br/>Execute all operating plans independently.</span></span>
